I am having dizzy spells and getting very nauseous what could be causing this?!

Question: I know that Im not pregnant, I have frequent migraines. These spells come out of nowhere and last about 5 min. They happen 2-3 times per day for 3 days now. I am 23 and in otherwise good health.
Answers:
Your problem is called vertigo, and is usually caused by a viral infection of the middle ear. Sometimes you will get a nystagmis as well. (Look both of these up it up in Google---no time to explain them here.) Antivert is usually prescribed, but it only moderately effective. Migraines also can cause vertigo, and many migraines have an aura that preceedes them (split vision). If what you have been experiencing just for the last 3 days, then in addition to your usual problem with migraines you have picked up a middle ear virus. This little problem can last from several days to several months

You could have an inner ear infection..?
Possibly vertigo. You should see your doctor. They could prescribe some medication for that.
u need to see a doctor . not us!
Go to the Dr please. This with the migraines isn't something to just let watch and see. It could be sooo many things.Does it come on before a migraine? My mom actually ends up puking when hse has one.Does it happen when you haven't eaten in a while? (I get dizzy, nauseas, and very shakey if I do not eat enough))
It could be low blood pressure, and it can cause migraines too. You can try strong coffee and drinking more liquids.

And, of course, talk to your doctor.
Could be symptoms of the migraines, could be the other answers, or could be low blood sugar. Get your blood sugar checked.
I have this happen also but for me it is usually not an inner ear infection, just poor drainage in the ear canal and sinuses. It happens to me every spring during allergy season. My doctor gave me Duratuss which is Guaifenesin/Pseudoephedrine and Rhinocort nasal spray to use when this happens.
