Sometimes diet can be a factor if there aren't other medical reasons. Avoid refined sugars and white flours. Look at labels and stay away from ANYTHING that has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. You will be shocked to see how many things you would not suspect have that in it. Our bodies don't know what to do with all of the refined sugar that food companies are pumping into our food to make us crave more, make us hungrier, and improve the "taste." Interesting how diabetis is at an all time high after they starting modifying our food supply with this stuff. Try eating natural foods, perimeter shopping at the grocery eating fresh vegetables and meats and avoiding processed and "enriched" foods with chemical additives. If you need sweeteners try things sweetened with honey or molasses. Eat fresh fruit instead of other sweets. You should see a huge difference in your energy level. White flours, or bleached flours have had nutrients stripped from them. Try whole wheat. It may take getting used to if you are a white bread person but it is much better for our bodies and we digest it much better because it is in a form that our bodies can recognize. I'm a sugar carb addict and cutting that out of my diet while it was hard, it made a tremendous difference in energy level.

A warm bath at night with some lavender bath oil might help soothe you for sleep also. Bath and Body works has all kinds of essential oils, bath oils, etc. and the staff there can help you come up with something restful that you like the fragrance of. A cup a warm milk with a touch of vanilla is good too.

Prayer is also very strengthening. Rely on your faith and church family during time of need. Take care of yourself. Best wishes to you.

This is a common problem. There was just a huge article in Newsweek about women not sleeping well. There are lots of reasons for this.

You should see your doctor--it might be a thyroid problem, it might be your diet, it might be stress, it might be seasonal affective disorder, you might be pregnant, it might be sleep apnea--a whole host of things that it might be!

Have your doctor run some bloodwork to rule out some of those issues, and see what else you can do to narrow it down to the reasons that are making you tired.
You guys are obviously eating really really crap food. Try food from stores like whole foods and trader joe's. They have stuff called wheat grass juice and it is very very excellent for upping energy levels. But a quick fix for a boost of energy is deep breaths, holding to 14 after each one and then another immediate breath until you do this ten times. Your energy will definitely go up if you change both of these factors. Good luck.
take some prenatal vitamins.

Congratulations! I hope its a boy
drink water, sleep well but not too much, 8 hrs is good. and excersize even if it's just a little try walking that'll help. I'm no doctor but I've noticed when I work out in the mornings it give me lots of energy for the rest of the day even if I had a tiring day the day before. if you're stressed out excersize will help you let it out.
lack of quality sleep seems to be an extremely common problem.after checking out any possible medical problems, try taking a look at your sleeping environment..how is the bed? is it too warm or too cold? what are the noise and light levels like? you'd be surprised at even what may seem like the slightest things can throw your sleep off!
Well I take a great multivitamin and it has made a big difference (it is patented) I can get by with as little as 5 hours sleep. As for the cancer problem the info at the site below may help further.

I have the same problem, I am tired all the time. I take 300 mg. of trazadone, and 3 nyquil pills every night to get about 4 hours of sleep. I don't have an unusual amount of stress in my life, it's just imsomnia inherited from my mother. The best thing I can do for myself is exercise. After I get off work I go home, change into my rollar blades and and blade for about 5 miles. Or I will ride my bike for about 10 miles. I know it sounds like alot but if you work up to it you really feel much better. It also gives you time to clear your mind and get focused. Good look and I hope things get better.
