they have a section on nutrition and recipes.
Get cookbooks from the local library and take the ones that int rest you for your home book or recipe box.
We have a few here at home I paid for you can probably get them cheap on amazon.com (used)
Splenda site has recipes and also conversions for your normal recipes.
diabetic cookbook for dummies is really informative it will help you understand a ton about diabetes the way the body uses the foods and has recipes too.
Betty Crocker has a diabetic cookbook as well, not too bad.

Just go to your local book store,, they should have a diabetic cook book,,, or even in the grocery stores, i see them when i go grocery shopping
