Should a person exercise everytime around the same time during the day?!


Question: I know it doesn't matter what time of the day a person could exercise, but should it be around the same time all the time?

yes to get in the habbit. ur body is used to schedule. u exercise everyday at the same time u will have no problem doing it in 22 days. (people say you get into the habbit if u do the same thing everyday for 22 days straight at the same time)
I think the only benefit for having your workout be at the same time every day is that you would get into the habit of working out. I think if you do it sporadically, it would be easier to skip days.

no. because your body gets accustomed to the same thing every day, hence you build up a tolerance for it. then you stop seeing results. You have to mix it up, change your routines. whatever. It also keeps you from getting bored of the same thing every day at thr same time. Our bodies adapt to whatever we put on them after awhile. The best way to lose weight is to do it first thing in the morning for awhile, then right before bed for awhile. When you do it right before bed, your body burns fat when you sleep!
yes working out at the same time everyday gets your body it to a rutine. in the morning is the best time to work out it wakes you up and gets your body going and you burn more calories through out the day
