Diet pills on the whole don't work. They may help surpress hunger or make you lose water. But that's it. On the other hand the only reason you're fat is cos you eat to much and don't exercise. There is no quick fix. Eat healthy foods and exercise- its the only way
all diet pills are merely sugar pills. they all recomend that you use with DIET AND EXCERCIZE! two key words in there. The pill works only as well as you believe it to. sorry but save your money unless you can't overcome the phycological science behind those scams.

I think that you will find with any diet pill, exercise and diet are key components. The diet pill may serve only as a supplement to a healthy lifestyle that is geared toward losing weight. Don't plan on getting skinny on diet pills alone.
