can i get my girl to go get a check up?!

Question: my girl hurt doctors she will not go for anything - she has not seen a doctor in 10 years or longer - i think its time for her to see one
Answers:
Tell her that you will go with her. Maybe that will reassure her and she will feel safer.

offer to go with her.
what is wrong with her?
Well depending on how old she is. IF she is old enough to be seeing on OB-GYN she needs to get in for her yearly check up. IF its just to see a dr and her not being sick then there is no reason to be concerned unless she has something wrong with her. BUT like I said if she is old enough to be visiting an Ob-Gyn she should be going in each year for an appt.
I Hope you can Get her to go ..Its really not a Good thing not to Go get Checked Out by a Doctor ..I am abit like your Girlfriend, I guess because I too ..WAS very bad bout going to see Doctors ..but Oh so Good @ telling others to Go ..I do have a Suggestion for you ..go grab a bunch of pampleti.e breast Cancer , High Blood pressure,HIV , Diabeties, You know anything you can get your hands on..In All of them ..One thing you will find the will have in common ..They will All say : If left Untreated or Undetected &it will give th down side .I really Hope she Cares enough about herself & You to go & get a Check up ..Take Care
if u really, truly, deeply love your girl then go make her go get a check up. i mean, damn 10 years, wassup with that. that is not cool at all and not healthy either. make her go even if u have 2 trick her into going. JUST DO IT!!!!!!!.

me, wonderful me! just in a really good mood since tommorow is mommys day and im a mom of 2. just happy :-)
I haven't been to a doctor in ten years either! Then again, I've always been really healthy, I'm still a mid-aged teen and I'm going this summer anyway.
But I wouldn't worry unless she has some symptoms or something abnormal, unless, of course, she's 18 or older.
If you feel extremely strongly about it try more to help her understand why you think she should, and how you're worried about her.
