I think so.if she's not having her period it means that you most likely ruptured her inner tissues which can easily become infected if she doesn't take any antibiotics. Tell her to tell her parents that it was a tampon accident if you really did hurt her.
You could of scratched her with your fingernails, and if that is the case you should make sure she goes to the doc. She could have just started her period.
You may just have scratched or pulled something in there. If it goes on for several days, she might go to the doc for a check-up, but it's not that abnormal.

Was it the first time you did that to her? If yes, then don't worry, that is normal. If no, then you were either too rough and she got some tears or she started her menses. If she can't figure out if it's her time, then that is just sad, get a calendar. If it isn't her menses, then it's vaginal tearing and the bleeding should subside. If it doesn't she'll need to go to the gyno.
