How will avoiding consuming fruits and vegetables affect the skin?!

it's really not a good idea for your skin or your health to avoid them. ( docs say 5-8 a day for maximum good health.) i believe that to a certain degree. skin needs all those vit and minerals to stay soft, smooth and to combat wrinkles.
if i don't get at least 5 a day, i drink a green juice i found in the produce dept. to "catch up".
so,yeah,your not doing your skin or your hair (for that matter) any good to avoid good quality foods.
