getting rid of butt rash?!

The rash could be a fungus or an infection. Try an antifungal cream or an antibacterial ointment.
Perhaps it's poison ivy or some other irritant. Make sure you wash the area clean with soap and water.

I got a rash after my son was born.caused by a reaction i had to the pads i had to wear. I found that diaper rash ointment worked great..I used some of my babies boudreaux's butt paste and it was cleared up within a day.
Yes it may be fungal..or you can try bacitracin ointment or neosporin cream with pain relief added. It you happen to just have a moist area, keep the area clean and dry. Change you underware whenever possible and sleep nude. You can try some over the counter antifungal creams.but keep in mind it is doesn't get better in a few days call your doctor. Hint: call and make an appointment now, if it gets better you can always cancel it, if not you will have the appointment already! Also diaper rash cream (zinc oxide) works great for patients in the hospital. Good luck!
