This used to freak me out when my friend told me this, why he would tell me, I don't know, I guess he wanted to save some trees. :) Anyway, he doesn't believe in toilet paper. His shower is right by his toilet, so he had one of those shower heads installed that is also detachable and so when he goes, he just gets the shower head and rinses himself off, and then has a towel {FOR HIM ONLY} that he says he dries himself off with and then just goes on with his day. The idea didn't appeal to me, but maybe it will to you.
I use my 10hp pressure washer on low, it seems to do the trick. No clingons, and amazingly no skin either.
