I weigh only 120 lbs but people say i eat like a guy. Should I slow down or chow!

If you eat alot and don't gain any weight then you must need it. Just be sure you are eating healthy food and not junk. Junk food will hurt you in the long run.

You are one of those lucky people who can eat whatever they like, ignore the people who say you eat like a man, they are most likely jealous.

Given the chance I would if I could, but then I would weigh 200lbs.

Enjoy your fast metabolism while you can. When you get older, it may sloww down and catch up with you. Make exercise a part of your daily routine now, and you will not blow up real obese when you get older!

Just because you don't put weight on when you eat a lot doesn't mean you can eat anything or everything. As you get older you might increase your chances of heart disease and or diabetes. Eat healthy= a longer healthier life.
That depends on your age and activity level. maybe even any meds you're taking. I was that way till I was 38, then *poof* like the Michelin man. Now I eat hardly anything and have to exercise twice as much. GRRRR Enjoy it while it lasts!

My daughter eats like a man and her gym coach thought she was anorexic. Not hardly! Just thin.

If you're comfortable about the way you eat, then continue to eat in that moderation. However, I have to tell you tht your fast motabolism WILL slow down eventually, and you will retain more fat, and thus weigh more. Trust me, I'm going through it. I'm used to eatting every thing in site, and now I'm getting a pot belly because my motabolism is slowing.
Tell people to mind their own business and please pass the mashed potatoes!

You are lucky to have such a great metabolism! Just a word of caution -- you don't say how old you are, but watch yourself at 22, 30 and 40 -- very key metabolism changing years.

Other than that - HAVE A BALL! You may always have such a metabolism. Enjoy the food and the envy of those who don't!

Don't worry about what others say first off. If you feel comfortable at this weight, don't try to gain any more. You are fortunate because it sounds like you are one of the few people in America that has a high metabolism. You can eat what you want and it never stays with you. (wish I could do that)

If you are young, then I definitely would not try to eat more, because as you get older this may catch up with you. Enjoy being the size you are, as long as you are healthy and comfortable. Eat like you normally would.
well you and i have the same luck then! i weigh 115 lbs and im 5'7, i eat 3 meals per day, mostly junk food and im a chocaholic. i never go to the gym or do any activity (except clubbing!). Just consider yourself lucky because you probably have a fast metabolism. I went to see a dietician and she told me that not only i have a fast metabolism, i also burn all the calories beause of my temper (i think alot), so enjoy eating like a guy and dont worry!

No you have a very high metabolism ,and you burn up calories very fast , If you're a teenager this is common . My 15 year old son is constantly eating ,, I told him I was going to put his TV in the fridge and he wouldn't have to miss his shows (LOL) while he sat there ,,, So just keep eating , but try and eat healthy , if you don't already do . Exercise and you'll be fine Hope I helped !

Listen I was just like you. A gallon of whole milk a day and box of cereal at one sitting. My defining moment is when I ate a 70 ounce steak with fixings in 32 minutes, at THE BIG TEXAN STEAK HOUSE in Amarillo Texas. I was the 8308 person ever to do it in less than an hour. My metabolism slowed down, thats all you have to look for. The steak was free!
