how to cure a swollen gum, its possibly infection?!

Question: the part near a tooth is red and a small bulb, similar to a blister.
Answers:
I had this before, it is probaly a minor infection. Buy some listerine mouthwash and use it, it really works, and also deep some cotton in the mouthwash and put it on the red spot for a while.

rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide, may not cure it but it will help.
Sounds like you have an abscessed tooth with a draining fistula. An abscessed tooth that has a fistula does not have to hurt. Because the infection has somewhere to go, the small red bulb as you describe it, then pressure does not build up in the tooth thus you don't necessarily have pain. Any red, swollen bleeding gums is a sign of infection and you need to see a dentist to see what is going on with that tooth. Also you need to floss everyday and brush with a soft toothbrush. Listerine can help, but will prob. burn like fire if you are not use to it. I would suggest swishing with warm salt water for several times each day, this will help draw out some of the inflammation, and also toughen up your gums somewhat. I would not put this off for too long just because something is not hurting does not mean that it can't be dangerous.
