Well cutting down carbs is the best way. I ate only 40 grams of carbs a day for 45 days and lost 35 pounds and kept it off for 5 years without exercising. I only gained it back because i started eating to much. Eat a lot of chicken and fish. Try not to eat to much red meat cause that will raise your cholesterol. And drink diet drinks, remember 40 grams of carbs is like 1 can of coke. Also it helps if you can sit in a sauna every once and awhile

all u have to do is walk atleast an hour a day. it is exercising but it's the fastest way. it works great. especially on your mid section. in a month i went from 160 to 145.
