Is there a certain time that you stop eating for the day? If so, why?!

I believe that you should stop eating 2-3 hours before sleeping for better digestion and less chance of heartburn. If you feel like eating something sweet after dinner, try dry sweetened cereal. It's easier to digest. Drink lots of water too! It's good for your skin and makes you eat less.
If at all possible avoid eating anything after 6:00pm. Drink at least 1 quart of water from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
Try getting to bed by 10 or 10:30pm.
Adjust your sleep to your work hours. Not everybody wakes up at 6 am. Eight hours of sleep is very healthy for you because you give your stomach well over eight hours to digest.
