THe best thing you can do is talk to someoen about how youre feeling.EG a friend or councillor or sister etc. A doctor may provide some tablets fir you also, should yu require them

I had trouble with anxiety in the past - nasty panic attacks, the whole shebang. Here's what worked for me:

Talk therapy.
Several types of medication.
Kava Kava (herbal supplement - over the counter).

Eventually, I worked up to exposure therapy (facing your fear to get used to it), but I had to take a lot of small steps first.

You CAN overcome anxiety. I've been fine for several years now.

Start by contacting a good psychologist or psychiatrist - your doctor should be able to recommend one for you. He or she will be able to tailor a treatment for you.

I'd also recommend exercise. Start with 20 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week. Work hard enough to sweat for 20 minutes - you can jog, bike, swim, whatever you like to do.

learn to relax. find things to help you. I use Lavander as a smell that relaxes me, I use a little oil on my wrist, some spray on my bed sheets, and have little cotton bags with it around the house and I pick them up and squish them to emit the smell into the air. I also practise meditation and breathing excersizes. sit somewhere comfortable and quiet and allow your body to relax by tightening all your muscles and then letting them go one at a time starting at your head and working your way down. once you have done that put your hand on your stomach and practise breathing in through your nose and allowing the air to push your hand up on your stomach. It is important with anxiety to breathe from your stomach rather than your chest-this will take a lot of practise to get it down to breathe from your stomach on a regular basis. Why you would want to know hwo to do this is--at times of crisis, it helps to be able to close your eyes for a minute, breathe deep into my stomach, and my body relaxes and reduces anxiety. Good luck
