Are you effective in managing worries?!


Question: What strategy do you follow? How effective it has proven? What are techniques for avoiding worries? Is it really possible to detach and renouce worries? How do you prepare and train your mind to achieve some degree of control on worries?

i just say mysef once more that i'm the dest and in charge of everybody in this useless world and if i start worry, what will happen to all those miosarable people all the time asking my help and support. it helps, feelong of neing in charge.

Worries are produced by how much pressure you put into whatever your worring about. Changing the thinking pattern is the only way you can get out of mental presure. Their are many ways to get out of mental pressure. A nice warm drink, maybe even trying to have someone confort you, book reading, fantasizing. Ya got the idea. It's all a matter of training your mind. Sometimes you just have to be patient, and let thing's ride. Whatever you do, "Don't look for any miracal's, thing's do happen". Dr Checko. (Nickname)
