well, u can go to the mall, or any big make up store, and like, have tem put makeup on u, its free, but u have to buy something. have them walk u thru it, and they'll give u tips while they're doing it. they will also find u the right colors to match ur complection, like shadows,blushes, foundations, etc.
OR!- you can ask a friend! so what me and my friends do sometimes is we would get together and do eachother's make up for the heck of it! its really fun!
