There's no magic here, it's just a matter of fat reduction. Spot reduction of fat is something people have been hoping was possible for ages, but it just doesn't work that way. Overal reduction of fat through a combination of proper diet and exercise is the way to go. In addition, some amount of weight training is important for toning the underlying muscles. Squats, as mentioned, really are one of the best excercises that can hit a lot of the leg muscles and your butt as well, depending on your form and how deep you go. Any type of leg exercise, either with free weights or machines, will help though. Similarly, the abdominal muscles will benefit from some activity as well. I see a lot of people doing side bend exercises with weight, in hopes of reducing love handles. I've tried that too. Let me tell you, this works great at building more muscle in the area, but it doesn't reduce the fat there. The end result can be even thicker love handles because now you have more muscle underneath the fat. With that in mind, stick to abdominal exercises that don't require weight. If you can do leg lifts - either hanging or in some kind of exercise bench, those would be my best recommendation. I like to lift my legs to the sides, maybe do 10 to the left then 10 to the right. You can also do crunches to the sides as well. As much as I dislike them, those ab rollers are also helpful for this purpose and can help you isolate the right area. So try to stick with the cardio and diet and addition of resistance training. It took me a few tries to figure this out on my own, good luck in your efforts.

Squats with either barbell or maybe more effectively with dumbells except when performing them with dumbells when you step out kind of step at an outward diagnal directions. When doing it if you step with your left leg be sure to pivot your right to as to not injure your knee. You should do this excercise under a trainers supervision.

Also, of course, you can only burn fat through cardio and diet.

Love handles are gotten rid of by doing sit ups..

Lots of situps..

The fat on the thighs is easy..

You get a roller pin like the kind to flatten out dough

and you roll it hard on the sides while you listen to

exciting music.

This will make you very trim and you will look great!

The situps will make you healthy too!
