what do these symptoms mean?!

Question: 42 yr old female in battle with alcohol abuse has following symptoms: throbbing heartbeat, felt mainly in carotid artery, several times a week, accompanied by heavy breathing after even the slightest exertion, extreme fatigue that can last hours and never completely abates, occasional tingling in fingertips.
Answers:
The fatigue could indicate liver issues. The heavy breathing could be part of the fatigue process, also could indicate early congestive heart failure. See your doctor.

your dying,sorry.do u know jesus?
This is very serious. You must see a Doctor immediately.
You have some serious problem. You are having some form of heart failure base on your history. Do you also note some leg swelling or difficulty lying flat in bed? My advice will be to decrease salt intake, sleep with more pillows on your head, cut down on fatty foods. I admire your honesty in saying you are battling alcohol. FYI, alcohol also contributes to your heart failure and tingling of the fingertips (neuropathy is the term). Alcohol decreases the thiamine and can lead to some memory loss.

However, everything is not hopeless, you are aware of your problem and this can be treated. Just see your doctor right away.
have you been cutting back on your alcohol intake when this happens? what is your family health history? see your dr. god only knows what is could be at this point, and it could be serious or nothing major. but if you don't see a dr. you may not be around to see your 43 b-day.
Please go to the doctor..! Thats the best advice you can get ma'am.
