Type of peanut butter best for heart patient on low-fat diet?!


Question: Seems like the choices are REDUCED FAT [like 11 grams of fat but includes hydrogenated oil] OR NATURAL type peanut butter, 16 grams of fat but NO hydrogenated oil. I'm trying not to clog up again, but do like PB regularly. Can anyone with some credentials help?
Answers:
Go to a health food store. One that has organic food with natural ingredients. Be less likely to make things worse. Or you could just skip the peanut butter all together.

Laura Scudders is good. You just have to stir it to mix in the oil when you get it, but I think it's all natural.just peanuts without the added sugar. Watch out for the salt content of peanut butters.
Something with whole peanuts in it.
