I searched for these techniques because I'm too short(5'7") be a runway model(5'10) but I'm doing very well as a print model so I'm fine with my height.
In some religions,
they say that if you do a lot of jump-roping, it helps
but i don't know about that..
My friend is in that religion and it sort-of work for her but it might just be luck or just at the right time..
still, i don't think it's possible to do that.
