It will be difficult, but within your abilities.to eat natural foods.but less of them than you are used to.plus add more exercise to your daily routine.

I just answered a similar question yesterday. You should check thru similar questions before you post yours to avoid losing 2 points per question. Lets go back to your question. Well, you can actually exercise on the spot, like running, jumping, strecthing, if you have no time for execise outside your home. If you have, cycling and jogging are the easiest exercises u can do besides dieting.To reduce weight, u should also go on a diet,like eating smaller portions of food every meal.Avoid carb foods like pastry stuff,spgetti,noodles, take small portions of meat and most important of all avoid taking sweet drinks especially after food because if you do,you are helping the body to store up fat.So remember the key to weight loss is to eat less, count your calories, drink lots of water, eat fibre rich foods and minimize sugar intake. Dont worry about not having enough sugar in your body because the food you take, esp carb will all to converted to sugar, and the excess sugar will be converted to fat which in turn will increase your weight..Happy slimming, bye.
