Having a nipple along the skin line (runs from umbilicus to mid clavicle) is pretty common anomoly - though looks pretty odd that third one - but a lot of fun to play with since now you have 3 than 2! (wasnt having nerves endings so was pretty much like skin to her)
i knew a girl with triple nipples. kicked my freaky side into overdrive. this is rare but, not unheard of.

Actually, a human can have more two. During development an embroy can have many breast buds along a line calles milk line, which is marked from lateral part of chest to groin on both sides. as the baby grows, many breast buds vanish except the above one on both sides, persists and develops into breast in adult life in female and persist as reudmentry state in males.
If there is anomaly, these breast buds on abnormal sites persist in the developmental stage, can produce third or more nipples or breast in the adult life.
