Talk to your doctor ASAP. But just thinking of it, I would say that your pregnancy should be fine (if the fertilized egg managed to attach itself to the uterine wall despite of all working against it) and it wouldn't damage the foetus. Birth control pills are hormones, so the foetus had a tsunami wave of hormones that shouln't have interferred with its DNA copying. But this a layman opinion. Go see a gyn-ob
