From what i know about smoking weed it makes you hungry. Really hungry. If you aren't holding your food in, whether you are vomiting or have diarrhea, what good is the weed gonna do? So I would say that you aren't gonna get anything but fried brain cells, I can imagine you are already sick enough so you don't need that! I would consult my gastrointerologist before I smoked anything he/she will tell you better than anyone else could.

I have IBs and that kinda like crohns, I am legal to smoke, and I see that it helps at times. But the smoke irretates your bowles casuing them to have problems. As long as you only use it as needed then i think its ok. But talk to your dr.
