Quit tht stupid job

Try new hobby
Make new friends

do meditation and relieve your mind in this period you will get cosmic love and this will provide you relaxation and free from stress , try it everyday for 30 minutes and see the results

stretch your leg after work and take some antistress tab and stop thinking! as God is able to do all things
Of course, by change in work.
To relieve stress, I do the following:
1. Walk away from it! :)
2. Clean the house.
3. Go fishing.
4. Concentrate on something meaningless.
5. Play sports!
6. Write on blogs.
7. Read this book. Don't Sweat the Small Stuff!
