All green leafy vegetables have lots of iron, such as spinach, brocolli etc..
Liver has iron, but you wouldn't catch me eating it.
lentils, spinach and beef liver
all dark colored food like beetroot,spinach..have lot of iron in it.

don't like that. go for good ol' kelloggs!
Sunflower seeds look very rich in iron..
stay away from the food, a nice pint of Guinness or stout has all the iron you will ever need!

I can't answer this, but I can tell you that spinach became a worldwide debate in the last decade as the original researcher had incorrectly inputted his data on spinach and determined that it contained ten times more iron than it really does.

Anaemics across the globe had been eating it for years with little effect.
