Is it ECZEMA ?!

Question: A few weeks ago I noticed a few really small bumps on my neck near my shoulder. I thought it was a blemish. Since then I tend to rub it and touch it a lot, now it has spread a little larger, maybe a little larger than a quarter. The little bumps are now pink, which it wasn't before. Today I noticed the same small bumps on the same location but other side of my neck (not pink). I won't say it's itchy unless I really touch it. I have been putting lotion on several times a day and it doesn't seem to help.

Any ideas?

see a skin doctor. They are the only ones who can really diagnose your problem. It could be alot of different things from hives to eczema to an allergic reaction to poison ivy or whatEVER!

yours doesn't sound really serious, but you probably want to get to the bottom of it.

Good luck.

Sorry, not enough information. I have eczema -- unbearable itching, scaling, cracking -- it borders on psoraisis. I usually get it in areas where skin touches (inside elbows, behind knees, between fingers).

You might have contact dermatitis. Have you switched laundry detergent or bathing products? Have you come into contact with something that makes you itch?

Stop scratching or messing with it and have someone take a look at it before it spreads further.
Hi. My kids have eczema and I took them to their doctor. They use Elidel with Moisturizing lotion. After a bath, I have to put moisturizing lotion on them too. So what the pont is you have to do the same for yourself. You have to go to your doctor and tell complain to them about your bumps and to prescribe you Elidel. Then go to the store buy moisturizing lotion and mix a little Elidel with the moisturizing lotion(no perfume lotion)and apply it on the spots you have problems with and follow directions! good luck!

From the little bit of details that you have given, it does not sound like eczema. Eczema tends to be dry and scaly and itches whether you touch it or not. Have a doc take a look to be sure.
