well I'm sorry to be the first one to say this to you.. You cannot spot train (stomach) you have to lower your overall body fat. Drink plenty of water without over doing it which will let you drop access water weight. Green tea or green tea extract (EGCG) to raise your metabolism and it helps block calories. Toned arms wow. i just got a message someone asking this one too lol Biceps preacher hammer curls, concentration curls with the back of the bench back at 45 degree angle (adds resistance), preacher barbell curls, reverse preacher curls (hits forearms too), and cross body curls (hits forearms too) Triceps~ kickbacks, cable pull downs, overhead barbell extent ions, french curls, and Cross Face Dumbbell Extensions. Use lower weight high repetitions. And a real *** kicker try to do 100 preacher barbell (no weight just bar) curls straight at the end of a bicep workout. On tricep day do this with over head barbell extensions as well. Mind your form don't get sloppy. Nighttime protein breaks down a lot slower and gives you amino acids all night long while your body is repairing itself. Edit here forgot abs the best ab workout is roman chair situps for building muscle and if you know your sheet then jacknife situps and full contact torso twists with a barbell. pushups for arms and waist side pulls make a chart working on all body parts and do it for 20 minutes a day and in one month you will see a big difference I do and I am in great shape

I will be the first to admit this, I am lazy, but I have lost 78lbs. and on my way to 60 more. My secret is a spa belt and turkey. Arms are easy 2, all u need is 5-8lbs dumb-bells(from 99 cent store) or phone books. Works great. TY
Wouldnt it be nice if you can just have a shake and lose the weight? Unfortunatley it does not work that way. In order to lose weight, you must do two things; 1.watch what you eat & 2. excercise.
The saying is true, you are what you eat. So keep calories and saturated fat in mind when you are looking for your next meal. Fun fact, in order to burn a pound of fat, you must burn at least 3000 calories! Think about that as you are about to eat your next meal. Also, skinny people eat a lot! One thing about our bodies is that they are still primitive. What I mean by that is that pur bodies store fat for energy when the body does not know when it is going to get its next meal. I eat 5 times a day including protein shakes and I am losing weight. The shake that the person before wrote about is considered a meal. And a low cal one at that. So watch your intake.
Second; Begin a cardio vascular activity to burn calories. Running, swimming or simply walking does good for burning fat and is great for your heart. As your blood flows harder through your veins, it knocks off some of the build up made by eating fatty foods making you less prone to a heart attack. A good cardio routine would involve on of the above mentioned for at least 30 min a day. Try this with a friend to make it easier!
In order to tone your arms, you need to use weights.

Nevertheless, I recommend you to consult a professional nutritionist and sports teacher or trainer so that they can orientate you better, since not all organisms respond the same way.
