With this method you can lose 1 pound a day, guaranteed! I've done it before.
You can eat as much as you want but limited only to:
1. breakfast - 1 slice toast, 1 glass grapefruit juice, 1 slice fruit (anything except banana). Papaya is good.
2. lunch (no rice) - burger steak, beef steak, grilled chicken, fish, eggs, cheese and vegetables.
3. dinner (no rice) - you can choose anything from lunch option but if you had chicken for lunch have something else for dinner.
4. snacks - diet coke, carrot sticks
Dont eat french fries, rice, potato, sweets, ice cream.
Jogging for 30 minutes a day. Do this for two weeks, then take a two week break, you can eat anything you want but in moderation, then do the same thing for another two weeks until you reach desired weight. Have lots of fruit juices ..every day.whenever you feel hungry have whole some diet rather then snacks..then cut down..your tea coffee intakes..cut down too much consuption of meat...have egg instead...then work out atleast half an hoour every day..
