Do you shop at Thrif stores?!
Question: I always thought of thrif stores as "junk stores" until I went to one just today. I found a brand new pair of levis for my husband for just $1.00.And I brought myself a pair of "New Balance Sneakers" for $1.00 that looked as if they had never been worn. I'll be shoppig there more often.

Definitely! You can find some real deals; just as you did with the jeans. I find that also you have to make sure you get to these places early because some of the good stuff will be gone.

actually THRIFT. (taken from the word thrifty meaning to save money) can really help a budget. It helped my sister and I get furniture for our new house.

Yes, i buy lots of pretty good computer stuff at thrift stores, especially monitors, like the one i have right now, 15 inch for 5 bucks sweeet (very good picture too)

oh yeah i love thrift stores theres one in ca that target give their stuff to that store and their really cheap new stuff i put a hold on the store because it gets addicting try yard sales too and sales in the newspaper

There is nothing wrong with shopping at a thrift store, big name stores like macy's and the like spend big bucks on advertising to make think otherwise, and like you said you can find some real bargains there. Just remeber not evreything you find there is going to be a bargain though
I want to more often because a couple of my friends always shop at thrift stores and they always find the cutest things. I don't have much luck the times I go though. I did get a really pretty Chinese style, flower print for 50 cents at a garage sale that I was really excited about. But nothing from a thrift store :(
