Do you wake up in the morning with dry eyes?!

Question: I do. I think it may be due to wearing contacts all day. Could I be buying the wrong cleansing solution? Do I have an allergy to contacts? Or the cleansing solution?

Do you have this problem? Please elaborate. Thanks.
Answers:
I live in Arizona, and never had real problems with my contacts till I moved here. Now I can't wear contacts at all, they irritate my eyes. I went to the optometrist and asked what the heck is wrong with me and they said it was low tear production. Well, to make a long story short, I don't wear contacts anymore but still have dry eye problems, especially in the morning. In my opinion, there seems to be no really good solution because I feel like I've tried everything (from supplements to visine) and nothing "cures" the problem. Sorry to sound so bleak. Hope you find a good answer

No.
You could have chronic dry eye. My doctor diagnosed me as having chronic dry eye syndrom. Its not a big deal, they have eye drops for it. I also wear contact lenses. See your doctor and ask about it.
U can use artifical tears, and yes it is because of the lenses
It may or may not be due to the contacts. As other people mentioned, your eyes might not produce enough tears (which usually has nothing to do with contacts). You may also be taking a medication that decreases tear production or quality. Unless your eyes are itchy, red, and watering (which I'm guessing they're not), it probably isn't an allergy. It's a very good idea to discuss this with your eye doctor. He/she can determine why your eyes are dry and recommend a treatment.
