Work out. put muscle in it.
5 lb weights (a veggie can same size on each side). 10 min work out 5 reps each motion you choose to exercise your arms. Will firm up any arm and shoulder. Do this in the morning and before you go to bed.

Tricep extentions. Start with small weight,3-5 pound dumbells, hold in each hand bend over slightly (45 degree)hold dumbells near your ribcage elbows bent back, then straighten arms back slowly but not completely locking arms. do this 8-10 times for four sets. Also, with 8-10 pound dumbell, hold with both hands over your head arms straight,bend your elbows so that your hands go down toward your back and then slowly bring the dumbell up until your arms are straight again. 8-10xs. You should include bicep curls. Slow reps are way more effective than just swinging the dumbells.
