Question: My family and I are relocating and we can't find any Victoria's Secret locations in the UK. I know my wife loves to shop there so I am wondering where she might find comparable items in the UK.

You don't say where you will be living in the UK, but a good start are department stores like the aforementioned Marks and Spencer. Department store Debenhams stocks the reasonably-priced La Senza and a number of other brands, and John Lewis may also stock lingerie that appeals to her.
On the High Street, you'll find lingerie shops like Contessa and Knickerbox.
I personally love Rigby & Peller and Agent Provocateur, who admittedly are a bit more high-end. Both have shops only in London, but they do provide online shopping.
Other than that, I would recommend having a look at the online directory for the area in which you will live, and see if the stores listed have websites - this should give you a good idea of what they stock. Enjoy your stay in the UK!
