I have a lot of health problems and I have surgries twice a year and I don't care for sex no more I was so use to being in pain.
Without further detail all I can think of is:
Pregnancy, or soon after giving birth (aches and pains, postpartum depression)
Being tired, from taking care of children or working too hard (or worse yet, being too tired from doing both).
Menopause, and the vaginal dryness associated with it.
Being on an antidepressant--some have the side affect of decreased sexual desire (also other meds, i.e., valium, xanax)
Drinking a lot of alcohol, or smoking a lot of pot (too tired, in some cases).
I don't know whether you are the female, the partner, or a friend trying to help. If none of the above are the cause, the female may want to consult a GYN, or even an MD, for advice.
