That's it! I'm desperate and I'm tired of this! Please answer this question! All!

Question: If you know, can you please tell me a way I can lose a little weight, not too much, I'm not that fat, but I don't have time for exercises. I even tried diets, but they had no effect. I tried with hypnosis: I was telling myself not to eat so much, but it didn't work, because that's not the problem. The problem is that every little thing I eat, and I mean relly every thing I eat, for example: If I eat just a sandwich, i'm getting fat.(I'm not kidding), and I have to eat something!
Please listen to me! All I want is to have A FLAT ABDOMEN and to stay like that forever! So please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, if you know any way I can lose some weight without doctor, exercises or diets, please tell me!!!
And if it matters, I'm 13.
But my abdomen has 29 inches! And it's suppose to be 13!
Answers:
Who told you that your abdomen is supposed to me 13. I cannot be 13, unless you have a surgery during which they will remove all your gut.

Secondly, the best way to stay in shape, is to do exercise. A flat abdomen is acheaved when doing sit ups.

Let me tell you something, if you take 5 minutes, 3 times a day to do sit ups. your abdomen will be flat in no time. And don't make me beleive that, as a 13 y old girl, you are too busy to make 15 minutes of sit up.

I don't know how much weight you need to lose but, I know how you feel. Let me tell you what worked for me.My Dr. recommended the Medifast Diet. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours. You lose weight quickly and healthy with very little execise. I lost 26 lbs. so far. If you want more information just e-mail at lovejae247@yahoo.com
since u r 13 u might lose some of it naturally when u grow taller. unless it's in ur DNA.
If you eat 4-5 small meals a day, it's actually better than eating 2-3. Eating more small meals actually boosts your metabolism, and your body doesn't become used to eating one meal a day. Eat healthy and do cardio, but also resistance training, such as lifting weights. You should do cardio for at least 45 minutes. I hope this will help.

Thanks to my personal trainer.
Go to your doctor and talk with them about it. If the doctor your folks take you to is a guy.ask them to find a female doctor, it matters.

If you aren't eating much, or just trying to take longer between meals, your body goes into survival mode and everything gets stored. Eating healthy food (less sugar, less fat, less carbs - not fat free, sugar free) and eat smaller portions but more often might work for you.

Don't say you can't exercise. Just take stairs and walk instead of elevators and escalators.

It's the little stuff that add up. And stop obsessing over the "F" word. You aren't going to gain any self confidence or will power that way.

Now, go find that doctor and do as they say.

good luck and God bless.
I want you to workout for 30 min every morning. It burns more calories than later because your body will keep the higher rate of burning calories throughout the day.
Depends on where you live, but wearing less clothing and sleeping under thin sheets helps. The theory is that you burn up more keeping warm. You don't have to be shivering to be burning up calories just not all rugged up. It's not a fast weight loss program, like everything it's a lifestyle change, just like walking to the shops rather than taking the tram or taking the stairs rather than the lift.
i think your perception of your body and expectations for it are a little unrealistic. 13 inches? don't think so. but if you want to lose some, its simple math: burn more calories than you consume. so if you burn, say, 1200 calories a day just from going to school, sitting around, etc, drop it to 800 or so and you will lose weight without exercize.
Have yourself surgically altered and embalmed.

Seriously, you aren't willing to exercise, and abs are muscles, so..what does that tell you?
