I've heard a wrap is good for specific areas. Not sure what all it entails. I think it is like plastic wrap on certain areas of the body. Look it up on the web, it is probably there some place.

I Think skipping is best and take jogging seriously...

jog for 5-10 min initially and continue to increse the timings as possible...

there r also other ways!
stay active. park far away when you go shopping and walk to the store. eat often and dont' let yourself starve. breakfast then later on a healthy snack then lunch and a snack then dinner and a snack. try and work out 3 times a week.
Oh girlfriend if you find a quick, easy way please tell me! If you find some way that includes eating a lot of chocolate I'll pay you!

easy & fast?. dont eat and dont sleep. itll work. in addition to being thin- youll look like crap.
difficult (yet rewarding) & not so fast?. eat but eat less of everything (eatin' a sandwich? take only 2 or 3 bites and throw it away) AND get rest (it improves your overall appearance) AND do situps. FOR YOUR THIGHS.get a set of ankle weights & wear them- when your just sittin around the house, cross your legs and swing your foot in a normal way. youll feel it in your thighs almost instantly! i swear this works!
