You can use a straitening shampoo and conditioner. or use a shampoo that is not for volumizing. Then when it's wet, spary a straitening spray into your hair. I'm sure they sell something like that everywhere. Blow dry it straight using a round brush with the metal in the middle. Then you have to use a straightening iron on your hair when it's all dry. Pain in the a$$, but looks great.
Use a straightening balm like Kiehl's and use an iron like Chi to straighten your hair.

Chemically straightening my hair worked great for me but its pretty expensive and grows out again anyway.
I use bedhead straightening cream and a straightening iron every morning, takes about 20 minutes every morning (I have pretty short hair), but it takes a while to get the hang of it. There are lots of things on the market so just try different things till you find one that works well for your type of hair. Don't give up, you'll get better at it the more you practice.
