it is ok for the female to have sex whilst on her period, most females prefer not to but if you take preventory measures like towels on the bed to stop mess etc and protection because a girl can fall pregnant during that time still. according to most females i have spoken to this is the time when, if they are open to the idea, they actually enjoy sex more due to the hormonal changes.
