Losing lbs to fast is bad for your body. Excerise is the best way. U technically can not "lose weight" but u can lose fat. Because when u lose fight you gain muscles and muscles are heavier than fat. Just make sure you stay fit. Then you would ber fine.

Sustainable weight loss comes from using up more calories than you take in. In plain English it means eat less, exercise more. Try not to lose more than 10 pounds a week, as it will slow down your metabolism, and you'll end up gaining instead of losing. Eat a balanced diet, do not cut out anything, just cut portion sizes. Why the eff do you want to lose 50 pounds!? You realyl want to be a skinny little b!tch? HOw about instead of losing weight, you define muscle. but that's a different story. I'm a wresler and I know great weight cutting techniques. <cough> you can always try not eating and chewing a lot of gum and spitting spit. or the ever faithful sauna suits. most of that is water weight and will be back when your body starts to make you drink water from dehydration.
lol. i agree with the last answer. Plus you didnt tell us how much time you have.
Drink 1 gallon of water a day. Remember 8-8 oz glasses?
Water when you wake. 2 glasses.
Eat a piece of fruit for breakfast. Water.
Salad (veggies only) fish or chicken for lunch
same for dinner
WATER WATER, WATER

Stay busy, how bad do you want it?
