how do you keep hair from growing?!

8 oz. avocado oil
30 gram rosemary
5 drops peppermint oil
mix these three ingredients
you can either place them in a glass container (heat resistant) and place in an oven for 20 minutes at 300 deg F OR place in a dark colored glass bottle and store a dark place for 6 weeks
once you have completed the above step, strain the oil to remove the rosemary
(use chese cloth or similar cloth and squeeze the extra oil out)
once you have strained the oil you can massage one teaspoonful into your sclap three times a day
store the unused portion in a dark colored bottle in a cool dark place (not cold), you can store it for up to 3 months

Other Answers:
as long as the hair is there, it'll keep growing. but if you want no hair there at all, there is a product called nair that is said to reduce hair growth along with getting rid of any hair that's there.

you can also look at laser removal, don't realy know anything about this other then that it's out there.
You want it to grow, especially in the winter to keep you warm - in the summer it grows much faster due to the heat. The only solution I have is to shave!
Shaving= Get rid of hair for a couple of days, may cause razor burn, but youll be smooth for a while.

Lotion hair removal= Gets rid of hair for a little longer but I think your hair has to be just a little longer for it to work. about 3-5 dollars / bottle

Waxing= Gets rid of hair for 2/3 weeks. May burn your self and cause irritation if not careful, BUT actually reduces hair regrowth. It doesnt go away completely but its reduced. About $15/ can of wax

Laser hair removal= My favorite! Gets rid of hair after about 5 treatments PERMANENTLY.It is very painful on a scale of 1-10 its an 8. It hurts but the results are wonderfull. Price is high, but it depends how big of an area you want to treat. I paid $500 in total. I had 5 treatments for $95 dollars each.
self experiment
Laser is the best. I am on my 4th treatment, and wow. As far as pain, they put Lidocaine on the area, and I think the pain score on 1-10 is a 2. I really love the results. I found a place in Coeur d Alene, Idaho that charges 75 per treatment.
