I wold try this in order.
A= Blow it out while plugging the other nostril,, if a dosent work, then try
B= Get some tweezers and pluck it out, but wet it first, and DONT scratch your self, and c= wait a while continually wetting it. and i a,b,and c didnt work, THEN the hospital.

Not likely, I would probably just blow it out. Or pull it out bit by bit with tweezers, but I'm a real handy guy like that. haha

I'd just recommend blowing your nose really hard.
