Doctor is no help. Apparently I have no Estrogen left, haven't had any for more!
Question: Doc never told me, and gave me no advise now. I've been searching the web for a couple of weeks, but all I can find is sites trying to sell me HRT in one form or another. Honestly, I don't know what to do. I have an HMO so I cann't go to another doctor, but even if I could, I don't know that I would trust such a place.
If anyone knows what I should do, or a website that I can get answers from, PLEASE TELL ME. Thank you

There are several different options if you want to go natural. The first link below is to Puritan's Pride, an excellent website for vitamins and herbs. I know Black Cohosh is good for you when you lack estrogen. The other link may be helpful too. There are also foods rich in estrogen and some that take away your estrogen. Go to www.webmd.com Why do you think that you have no estrogen left? There is a test that will tell you what point you are in menepause. I highly urge you to go to a pharmacy talk to a druggist and ask for an over the counter drug that has estrogen in it. I would take 500mg. of calcium per day.That is going to help with the bones.
