what help do you need while dieting?!

See a nutritionist and a personal trainer. I personally think dieting is a commercial gimmick that makes the body think there is a shortage of food so when there is food it stores it up (as fat) which causes people to bounce back and put on weight. Eat the right food and plenty of it and avoid ice cream, chocolate and highly processed food. Exercise more even if it is only walking more and lifting the shopping or an extra child. I lost weight by babysitting another child when I had two of my own at home, five days a week.

weight watchers. Knowing I have to stand on a scales in front of a stranger really eggs me on! Its the only thing which has ever worked for me.

I need for my friends to not offer me things that are not good for me, and not to invite me out to restaurants. Restaurant food is more fattening, and served in too large portions.
um someone to kick me when i eat. like anything.
it is three times harder to lose wieght if you tryo to do it on your own. join a club like wieght watchers, its a good way to meeet new friends too. Family are good but they will always allow you to eat something you shouldn't if you plead with them.
You need a diet partner. Someone to track your progress while you check his/her progress as well. It worked for me!
