What should the average weight of a 13 year old girl be?!


Question: i think im fat and i weight like 119 pounds is that ok? and what should the best exrcise to get rid of this be?

either way, i will tell you-
sometimes i feel fat, but i am 5ft 7 and 118 pounds.
deep down i know i am not a fat person, but every once in a while clothes don't fit or somesuch doesn't look so good. i find that i just need to get new clothes.
since you're 13 you probably just feel big because you've been growing recently. 119 is actually underweight if you are taller than 5 ft 6.
do yourself a favor and don't let your doubts about youself take over!

your weight doesnt matter because u have muscule to which weighs a lot . your bmi tells u your body fat in lbs ( i think)

thats how much I way, actually I way 115. The best way to stay fit is to eat healthy. When you get home from school, instead of grabbing the chips and dip, get some carrots and like, ranch dressing. Instead of the chips, grab an apple. Also, for exercise, walk, play a sport, work out at the local Y, just dont sit around all day.
are you freaking crazy? ur only 13. 119 is good hon. dont go ahead and starve youreself like a dumb **** ok. only stupid ppl who have REAL mental diseases do that bullshi*. i hope you're not thinking of turning anorexic or anything it doesnt help. you're just killing yourself in a slow process. literally. you're literally comitting suicide that takes a while.
depends on your height n crap. type in goole bmi for kids. and see what you come up with there are things you have to enter like height and eye color.to see what is normal ..ok not eye color, but height and weight. ;) if you are 3'2 13 and 119 yeah, i'd worry..if you are 4'8-5'5.seems normal.
At 13 and 119 lbs is fine and as long as you are active and eating healthy you should not worry about your weight ever. I was 156 at age 13, in one summer of biking, swimming and just eating less carbos (not cutting them completely) I was 115.so your fine truly..no worries Nadia
How tall are you? 5'0 - 100 lbs, 5'1 - 105, 5'2 - 110, 5'3 - 115, 5'4 - 120, 5'5 - 125. Add 5lbs for every inch. This is the ideal weight, although, I think it is on the skinny side.
119lb. at age of 13 not quite fat but you net exercise every morning after you wake up and for 2 hours everyday until you'llget definitely fit..
