cant sleep at night and i dont whant to take pills. what to do?!

Ty staying up all day and night for a while and get more and more tired. then try sleeping and don't think about sleeping late at all. (It might not be the best suggestion, but try it)
Lots of different strategies. First, wear yourself out during the day withh physical activity like exercise. Next, set up a regular time to go to bed, your body likes normal rhythms. Also if you can add in extra things that indicate sleep to your body, it really helps (i.e., reading a book or watching a movie right before bed. And then things like warm milk, hot chocolate, green tea, those are all natural things that help you sleep

Try melatonin, although pills is a hormone produced in the body, that has some action over the sleeping cycle. Exercise, a warm shower, avoiding to eat late, drinking coffee late, and/or being physical active immediately before going to bed, will help
breath in slowly n breath out slowly each to 10 counts, check how many times you can do. you will not do more than 5 times as you will fall asleep
