Having studied ReflexologyI would normally suggest reflexology on your feet . This is difficult after an operation Hi.
You could massage the other foot located on the outside of the foot but closer to the ankle bone. about 3" from the ankle bone in the direction of the liitle toe.
That is where the foot appears on the othe foot . Check if it is painfull ?

Other wise massage hands in the palms and the back of, all over . This should stimulate the whole body and increase circulation - You should feel better Hi.

Get well soon
Try two exercises of pranayama yoga.Sit in a comfortable position.
1.breath in-distend your abdomen, exhale thru nose at the same time force your abdominal wall to move inwards. Perfom this execixe for 5 min. continuosly.
2.Use the thumb of your right hand to close your right nostril-- breath in thru your left nostril, use your 3 fingr to close the left nostril and breath out thru the right nostrl. Repeat this process breathing in from right side and exhaling thru left.Do this execise for 5 min. continuosly with deeep evenbreathing movements.
If you are able to do these exercises please report your weight loss and energy levels after two weeks. Best of luck.
There are many exercises u can do in a sitting position. Arm & lifts, arm & leg rotations, punches, fanny lift(use ur arms to grab the arms of the chair and lift ur fanny off the seat) Try getting some weight that u can attach to your legs or arms. This may give u some ideas.
