If she spikes a fever (102 F or above), I would definitely take her to the ER. If she seems a lot more tired or sleepy than usual.that is another indicator that her condition is worsening.
Regardless, I think you need to call your doctor's office and/or arrange to be seen as soon as possible.

I would recommend taking your child to the drs office, if they have been sick all day the they are more than likely dehydrated and that can cause other serious health issues. Take them now don't wait
could be acute meningitis, this usually begins with nausea and fever and is then followed by a rash looking similar to bruising.Whenever a child devellops fever and a rash (especially dark red/blue/black ones) you should go to the ER or doctor right away
