how do i loose weight if.?!


Question: every other day i workout hardcore
i work out every day pretty much
i've looked into illegal drugs to be really skinny but i mean .uh no.
im not fat.
i just have an hourglassbody.so 36 D which sucks.and ive done everyhting to try to get them to go away.
ive tried ODing on my meds to get skinny like my friends but my mommy says its my body type.
this suck.help please

berast reductuction surgery...large breasts can be a health problem later in life..higher chance of breast cancer and also back problems.
To me you just sound normal. I think anymore that people are taking the "thin" thing too far, to the point where that doesn't look healthy either.
just use a body souna and workout at da same time. or do alot of work that involves da abs

Be happy with your body. No amount of drugs will give you a smaller breast size. the only route to go would be breast augmentation. Put some serious thought into it though & go voer the pros & cons with your doctor. Good luck.
okay, um, dont OD on drugs because you could die basically, and i know your problem. right now i am working out like you, every other day pretty rigourously, and then i am also portion controlling my meals. Also, an awesome thing i found is if you get that Just Cranberry juice from Trader Joes and dilute it, A LOT - like 1 part cranberry juice 7 parts water, (the cranberry juice is not sweetened, so it takes a while to get used to it, but eventually i found myself craving it!) - drink a BIG glass of that about 30 minutes before each meal and your appetite will go down (healthily) and then eat smaller meals (this is important because your body's reaction to full doesnt kick in for a good like 20 minutes after youve stopped eating, so eat slowly and dont eat a lot).work on that plan for 8 weeks and you'll see results. just stick to the routine and the results will show up faster!

I am sorry you are unhappy with yourself. You should allow your body to mature and worry about it later. I was a chubby girl, and then when I turned 20 I magically had this perfect body. Eat right and excersize and go to your doctor for advise.
If you are in shape, and your concerned about your breast size only.consider a breast reduction, but I don't know how old you are.wait a few years if you are still a teen.
I am trying to loose weight myselg. .You need to do a combination of things, including diet and exercise. You don'[t have to starve or elminate what you like to eat, just eat less of it. Also Hydration is very important and you should really drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. That will help you shed some pounds as well. Lastly, if you are working out and doing cardio, the most effective way is to do cardio everyday for at least half an hour, the goal however is not to go fast but to keep yourself in fat burning zone. It's hard because you want to go faster, but it works. And if you can, do an hour of cardio (like walking on the threadmill within your fat burning zone ) and another half hour of cardio for toning. it will take you a few months, but if you stick to whatever regime you have, and make it a lifestyle, you should shed pounds.
Breast reduction should like it.
