Don't buy into the stereotype that you have to be as thin as a sheet of paper, If you're relatively healthy and happy don't worry about it. If people judge you over a couple of pounds one way or the other you shouldn't really care about their opinion anyway.

When you look down and you can't see your feet, you may be overweight.

When you have to butter up your sides to fit through doors you may be overweight.

well its always good to think positive so i say no.b/c some times i think im fat but every one else says "no your fine stop worrying"so i say no.

I'm 5'2" and weighed 127 and asked my doctor about weight. He said you're not considered overweight until you weigh 137. I still felt "plump" so I decided to diet and lost 7 pounds. That little bit made a big difference in the way I feel about myself.
